These Terms & Conditions form a legal agreement between 75bet (also referred to as "we", "us", or "the Platform") and the user ("you" or "member"). By accessing the 75bet.win website, creating an account, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

75bet is an internationally licensed online betting platform. We offer Sports Betting on cricket, football, and more to users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions are available in both Bengali and English. In the event of any dispute, the English version shall prevail.

To open an account with 75bet, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years or older. Accounts belonging to minors will be closed immediately.
• Each individual is only allowed One Account per person. If a person holds multiple accounts, all of them will be suspended.
• You must provide your correct name, address, date of birth, and contact details at the time of registration.
• You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Accounts must not be shared with others.
• 75bet may request a copy of your National ID or passport for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.

75bet supports all major mobile banking services in Bangladesh. The following rules apply to deposits:

• A minimum deposit limit applies. Amounts below this threshold may not be credited to your balance.
• Deposits are typically credited instantly. If there is a delay for any reason, please contact support within 30 minutes.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name are accepted. Third-party payments are not permitted.
• Deposits are accepted via all major mobile banking services, including Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket.
• 75bet does not charge any additional fees on deposits; however, charges from your payment provider may apply.

The following conditions apply when withdrawing funds from 75bet:

• KYC verification must be completed before withdrawals can be processed.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Additional verification may extend processing time to up to 24 hours.
• Winnings from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• 75bet reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold in cases of suspected suspicious activity.

The following rules apply when placing bets on 75bet:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified unless 75bet permits cancellation under special circumstances.
• Pre-match bets are accepted up until the start of the match. Live betting is available throughout the match.
• If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error, 75bet reserves the right to void that bet.
• If a match is abandoned or suspended before the scheduled time, betting rules will apply. Please refer to the applicable rules for rescheduled matches.
• Maximum betting limits are set per event. Bets exceeding the limit may not be accepted.

75bet's bonus and promotion offers are subject to the following general terms. Each bonus also carries its own specific conditions.

• Welcome Bonus: The welcome bonus on the first deposit is available to new members only. The same person may not claim bonuses across multiple accounts.
• Wagering Requirement: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before withdrawal. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn until all wagering requirements are met.
• Validity: Each bonus has a set validity period. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• Bonus Abuse: 75bet reserves the right to void bonuses if bets are placed strategically to exploit bonus offers.
• The maximum withdrawal amount from bonus winnings is specified in each individual offer.

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination:

• Operating multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Creating an account using a false identity or someone else's information.
• Participating in match fixing or any form of manipulation.
• Creating artificial betting patterns to exploit bonuses.
• Hacking, cyberattacks, or exploiting technical vulnerabilities.
• Money laundering or transacting with funds from illegal sources.
• Attempting to manipulate the platform's software or algorithms.

75bet may suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:

• In the event of a Terms & Conditions violation.
• If KYC verification has not been completed.
• In cases of suspected suspicious transactions or fraud.
• Under instructions from regulatory authorities.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period.

You may also close your account at any time. In that case, withdraw your balance first and notify the support team. A self-exclusion option is also available as part of our Responsible Gaming features.

75bet is not liable for the following:

• Missed bets or failed transactions due to internet connection issues.
• Losses caused by system failures on the part of third-party payment providers.
• Unauthorized access by a third party due to a compromised account password.
• Losses resulting from service downtime due to legal requirements.
• Losses resulting from force majeure events such as natural disasters, war, or government restrictions.

• Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may close your account.
